Here’s the good and the not-so-good

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful during our visit,, making the check-in process seamless. The pool area provided a nice spot for relaxation amidst our busy schedule.

The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty carpets and a shabby appearance throughout. The breakfast options were limited and lacked quality, not exactly inviting to start the day.

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby New Buffalo City Beach, especially with our beloved pet by our side. The room was spacious and comfy, making it easy for our large family to relax after a day of fun. The coffee in the lobby was excellent!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly food options at breakfast.

This was a prime choice for a transient visit in New Buffalo with good value considering the price it charged. The staff was friendly, and they promptly fixed a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room. Tip, Make sure to inquire about pet policies if you're bringing along furry friends.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy

I had such a cozy stay at this wonderful spot! The room was spacious and featured a comfy bed that felt like home. I totally loved the hot tub by the pool. The staff had a can-do attitude.

The entrance could use some attention with faded signage and overflowing garbage cans that give a less-than-inviting first impression. The cleanliness of the Jacuzzi in the room left much to be desired, with noticeable dirt in the jets and a broken toilet paper holder that became a nuisance. Additionally, some amenities like the vending machines were out of order, making it difficult to grab a quick snack.

The fresh bread rolls and homemade jams at nearby spots were a true delight. Our room was clean and the pool was decent for splashes!

Unfortunately, this experience was not the same. The breakfast selection was bare-bones and left us craving more. Coffee was weak and the Wi-Fi had its slow moments.

the baymont had a great location right off the highway, making it easy to get to the nearby casino. the staff were super nice, especially when they quickly moved us to another room after we detected a fish smell from above. breakfast was decent, offering enough options to start the day.
